Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. Should you need more time, just ask.
Do you support annual billing?
We currently support only monthly billing, but we plan to start supporting annual billing pretty soon with a nice discount.
What are my payment options?
Only wire transfer is currently accepted.
Will you charge me VAT?
As a B2B company, we will charge you VAT only if you reside in a country which requires it (e.q. Estonia). In the case you don’t give us your VAT number, we do charge you VAT because you will be under end-consumer regulation (VAT MOSS e-service law).
Can I delete my account at any time?
Yes, you can delete your account whenever you’d like, but we’ll be sorry to see you go!
How can I get a refund?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we cannot issue refunds or credits for partial use of service or the amount of time left in your subscription.
